Here follows the statement of belief in the Oriental Coptic Liturgy said by all before partaking of the divine Mysteries:

     Ameen, Ameen, Ameen.
I believe, I believe, I believe and confess until my last breath,
that This is the Life-giving Flesh that Your Only-begotten Son--
our Lord, God and Savior Jesus Christ--took from our Lady and
Queen of us all, the holy Theotokos the Virgin, Saint Mary. He
made It one with His Divinity without mingling, without confusion
and without alteration.  He witnessed the good confession before
Pontius Pilate.  Of His own will, He gave It up for all
of us on the Wood of the Cross.  Ameen.
I believe that His Divinity parted not from His Humanity for
a single moment or for the blink of an eye and was given up for us--
to partakers for Salvation, remission of sins, and everlasting life.
I believe, I believe, I believe that This is verily true.  Ameen.

There are many groups in the near East (Chaldeans, Knanaya or Jacobites, Maronites, Melchites, etc.) and one
in India (Malankara, Malabar, Mar Thomas).
These are Uniates under the papacy with a status
apparently
similar to that of the Ukraïnian and other Uniates
